- Shipment Type: Whether the shipment is a forward shipment or a return.
- Pick-up and Delivery Areas: The pin codes for the pick-up and delivery locations.
- Package Weight and Dimensions: The approximate weight and size of the final package.
- Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (COD) or Prepaid.
- Declared Value: The cost of the product.
- Shipping Distance and Location: These determine the mode of transport and applicable fuel charges.
- Freight Density: Determined by the weight and dimensions of the shipment.
- Type of Goods: Whether the goods are fragile, perishable, or high-value.
- Economic Factors: Conditions such as fuel prices, demand surges, and market conditions.

3. Delivery Timeframe
Orders are typically delivered within 2-7 business days. However, this may vary based on location and other factors outside our control.
4. Processing Time
Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the following day starting at 10 AM.

- Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the next day after 10 AM.
- No orders are processed on Sundays.
